  1. I remember passing DMV exam. Avoid driver sharp turn and breaks and two cars parked forward. it's insurance scam. Dash Cam or Tesla is best weapon. Countries like Russia, Iran, China, African, South America, other countries, etc. they do this all the time to collect money from insurance. They don't allowed all the drivers install dash cam. Except USA. US can detect insurance scams by installing dash cam.
