  2. Can you carry a gun on public? Well, it says on the U.S constitution on the second amendment. Right to Bear Arm. You can carry a gun as long as you don't hurt U.S citizens. Why did they put rifles or arms on the constitution? because.... something to do with the bible. Other countries. No citizens can't carry a gun. Saying 9/11 attacks or overseas countries delcare war against USA. yeah. That's why they put on the consitution. Second amendment. Do you understand?

Act Self Defense. it's matters in life and death situations. If you called the police. Police don't have time to arrive. you would not survive by two men stabbing. He's protecting himself from danger. it's called self-defense. Well, it's not guilty in any case.....
