So, American suffrage can get tax refunds. IRS suppose to make AI technology or AI revolutionary technology like ChatGPT, Deepseek, etc.. Same with Banks. to check for fraud or people taking advantage of people with memory lost, dementia, disability, etc. it is IRS, federal reserve, banks job to fix the issues. not addressing or telling people how to avoid scams.
