TikTok may ultimately be forced to sell its operations, including data storage and video records, to an American company in order to comply with U.S. laws and protect national security interests. Given the concerns over data being stored in Beijing, there are mounting pressures for TikTok to relocate its infrastructure back to the United States to ensure compliance with U.S. privacy and security regulations. If TikTok fails to comply with these demands, regulatory bodies like the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and law enforcement could take significant action. In a worst-case scenario, the SEC and police could intervene by stepping into TikTok’s U.S. headquarters, potentially arresting executives and investors for violating the Fourth Amendment rights of American citizens by mishandling data privacy. Accusations could also include conspiracy to commit security fraud, data hacking, and violations of the Insider Trading Act if any evidence surfaces suggesting illegal trading or misuse of sensitive information. The future of TikTok in the U.S. could be severely impacted by these legal and regulatory challenges. The company could face criminal charges, heavy fines, and possible shutdown in its current form, unless it addresses the growing concerns surrounding its data storage practices and its potential for espionage or foreign influence. However, the likelihood of these extreme measures depends on ongoing investigations and the legal processes surrounding data privacy, national security, and corporate governance. The outcome will depend on how the company navigates these regulatory hurdles and whether it can meet the demands for transparency and security set by U.S. authorities.

Hong Kong's history is broken. it does not share same view as Berlin Wall history.
You know Cambridge university dean, historians, and professors isn't happy with former Hong Kong Chief Executive Carrie Lam. Very few students urging that she could've done more to stop it or used Cambridge University thinking. In other words, Gandhi's march of the salt, Martin Luther King Jr. Civil Rights Triumph, Berlin Wall History, so on... But she used police force violence adjust the city or against the city; Suppression of the state, not allowing Ivy League or highly educated activists to speak out or what it need to change for city. Cambridge university policy does not tolerate the use of violence to adjust the society movement means. She could've correct the Hong Kong's mistake; not to damage Cambridge University reputations. Cambridge banned her from using Cambridge University on resume; they had such great fear for Cambridge students emulating Germany's history or adopt totalitarian regime. This is fact that they removed her Cambridge Honorary and expelling her name list.
In critical thinking. What could've done to stop the violence:
1. Crack down Artificial Intelligence Misinformations and Spam Bots that was flooded by fears of Taiwan.
2. Not blaming pro-democracy activists such as Martin Luther King Jr, Gandhi, etc. for repression changes.
3. Berlin Wall. The East Germany Communist never used police force to beat entire West Germany for tearing down the wall.
4. One Country two system is totally broken and fragile.
5. The Abuse of Power isn't answer for adjustment. But for some cases the countries is adjustment.
6. Spreading communism too big. Tourists stop visiting due to massive weapons developments or ready to declare war.
7. Countries might Rewrite history books and say Martin Luther King Jr, Gandhi creates big problems.
8. The social rapid changes has been halted by the world, businesses, trade partner due height of Red Scare.
9. The world government maybe adopting abuse of power, corruption, collapse of civilization, massacre as needed.
10. Democracy of the world as declined and removed. Freedom and Equal Justice removed according to ChatGPT.
Cambridge isn't buying abuse of power and historical rewrites. They put her name on halt and under supervision - "Foreign Forces' might be powerful statement on national security law to play battle chess against Cambridge University; Cambridge isn't buying it. They will not accept national security law hate speech, competition or challenge. This is the most powerful statement.

So what's going on in China? Reports....
The U.S. has been facing escalating challenges in investing in China and Hong Kong due to a combination of geopolitical tensions and economic instability. Recently, the U.S. Treasury imposed sanctions on several Hong Kong officials, including the Chief Executive, in response to China's crackdown on Hong Kong’s autonomy under the national security law. Meanwhile, China’s increasing sanctions on U.S. companies and individuals, including military firms and politicians, have further strained relations. Additionally, China's ongoing economic slowdown and uncertainty have prompted U.S. businesses to reconsider operations in the region, accelerating a trend known as nearshoring, where companies shift production to other countries. Furthermore, cybersecurity threats have added to the tension, with reports of China hacking U.S. Treasury systems, amplifying the distrust between the two nations. These events are happening frequently, significantly impacting investment decisions and business strategies.

The FBI or police could arrest Shou Zi Chew in the United States if certain legal conditions are met. If he enters the country and there is a valid arrest warrant issued based on criminal charges or an indictment, law enforcement agencies like the FBI would have the authority to detain him. This could happen if he is implicated in crimes under U.S. jurisdiction, such as illegally storing data, mishandling U.S. user information in violation of federal privacy or cybersecurity laws, or engaging in actions that pose a national security risk. Additionally, if his actions were found to mislead investors or violate securities laws, it could lead to charges of securities fraud. U.S. Customs and Border Protection could also detain him upon entry if an active warrant exists. While his status as a foreign national adds complexity, it does not exempt him from accountability if his actions significantly impact the United States. If he remains outside the country, the U.S. could still pursue extradition, provided there is an existing treaty with his home country, such as Singapore, and sufficient legal justification to request it.
If Shou Zi Chew avoids traveling to the U.S., direct arrest becomes unlikely, but his legal troubles could still escalate through international cooperation. In short, his arrest in the U.S. would depend on his physical presence and the strength of the legal case against him.

Trump is known for hiring individuals he considers to be the best—highly educated, tough, and intelligent. David Perdue, for example, embodies the qualities of a strong leader, reminiscent of a college dean, school principal, or military security officer—someone you wouldn’t want to challenge lightly. He takes a hard stance on issues like Chinese hacking, intellectual property theft, and attempts to overstep boundaries.
David supports measures like shutting down factories, blocking trade ports, and imposing higher tariffs to counteract unfair practices by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). Trump’s approach focuses on strength and resolve, avoiding policies that he views as weak or overly accommodating.
While maintaining a friendly stance towards China, Trump draws firm lines regarding critical issues such as Hong Kong's freedoms and Taiwan’s sovereignty. He strongly opposes any suppression of press freedoms, particularly when it comes to reporting on intellectual property theft or other actions silenced by the CCP.
