  1. There's a little scandal in Cambridge University. Cambridge University indicated that Mrs. Carrie Lam was not full time or part time student at Cambridge University. She was a student trespasser at Cambridge University to support 1967 protest.  No upper-elite Cambridge Univeristy professors has met her in the class. She lied about her resume attending Cambridge University while becoming Chief Executive Of Hong Kong. She has never taken CPE (Cambridge Proficiency Exam) mastered in humanities, mathematics, science in such advance elite university. This embarrassment for People's Republic of China. Carrie Lam did not read Annex 1 on the Sino British Joint Declaration carefully. The National Security Law is the de facto law that not officially signed by 1984 after Hong Kong's handover agreement.  Carrie Lam decides to flee her biggest Cambridge scandals. She does not want to be identified by Cambridge University Dean and Admission. She refuses to take the CPE exam. She's placed in long-term sanction by U.S. Treasury after undermining Hong Kong's autonomy.
