  9. NYC is not good place to live. It's getting extremely expensive everyday because costly living, High Demand and Low Supply, Rising sea level, The soil is slowing collapsing down. Lot of things very very very expensive in NYC. NYC college pell and financial aid for all color students receive less than it was. The entire stores in NYC requires locks. you can get items only or direct assistance. NYC has nice skyscrapers. Very very expensive. migrants love the city. Too expensive. There's NYC taxes. other state doesn't have. what else in NYC. oh wait. a slice pizza with few cheese and tomato sauce is two dollars. No longer one dollar. Oh yes, middle class NYC can't afford playstation 5. oh yes... toll pay is very expensive in NYC. there's high levels of poverty in NYC. oh yeah soda is very expensive in NYC. The only that's cheap in NYC is water. water is free in NYC.

Billionaires row. They aren't billionaires anymore. They have to pay those taxes, city taxes, water taxes, taxes to reduce submerge NYC, school taxes, road taxes, etc. NYC is more expensive than any other states of USA. it is so hard of anyone to leave NYC. This is why mayor throw in illegal immigrants to confuse computerize system or screw up the system. if you work financial job or sector; you are stabilized and very lucky. This means you can buy house, cars, etc. But very hard to leave the city. Worker need to make sure no one cheats money 24/7. This is why is hard to get out the city. Restaurant job is very stressful. you don't get to see anything outside the city. you have work and work.
