  1. New York City is very very expensive and most challenge city. The life style is immigrant friendly but not so friendly in school and healthcare. if you are illegal immigrant and don't have passport, working papers, etc. You are out of luck. In NYC, you can rub your stinky feet on subway, sniffing their own armpit, clip your toe nail on public subway, fart in subway, etc. No body cares.
