They will soon have artifical Island like dubai islands and bullodozed those old building and replace commerical buildings.There's lot of people moving back to hong kong. No taxes. They like capitalism over communism. They don't want china to take too much power over hong kong. So, they buy the land. Once hong kong gets richer. We will see Artiical island. it will have beaches. it will have bigger rooms, more business, more economies.
