You let the dragon wind enter hole; So, the building won't collaspe. Let's say you build building without holes. A very powerful typhoon dragons would damage the window. it brings bad luck. I heard an indian boss told his engineer to go hong kong and study the building design. He laughed at his boss about feng shui. "It's waste of time.". "It's stupid". So, he design his own building. Next day, his building collapsed and killing dozens of people. Boss fired him and landed in jailed.
