China accidentally killed Hong Kong. it makes very difficult to ship Nvidia card to Hong Kong. it's very sensitive. The China trade agreement isn't friendly and good; Embargo by US & US rules of regulation and currency control. Hong Kong can buy Nvidia Graphics card. Shipping is cost very expensive and plus embargo tax. China/Hong Kong have to pay more money than the past.
