England, Australia, the United States of America, Japan, South Korea, Canada, maybe India, more noncommunist countries Why they do this? they don't like totalitarian controls. The legal systems play people's heads. Every time countries attack innocent civilians. you want to protect them. you couldn't it. they have the same military weapons as your country have.  you worried about people doing evils. This is why they grant asylum.
