  1. China has to replace one passport in hong kong as China Passport. They can't use dual passports is complicated on other countries' national security.  Chinese citizenship is primarily based upon the principle of jus sanguinis (right of blood). China does not recognize dual citizenship. Carrie Lam Messed up hong kong's passport systems. She didn't know what the mistake was. Chinese nationality law and Overseas say Communist forbids two passports. Therefore, Hong Kong is required to use China's passport. They can't use Hong Kong SAR emblem too.
