  3. Let's say Chinese consulate commit a crime. They can apply diplomatic immunity. Diplomatic immunity makes British Police can't arrest consulate for committing a crime even if they get mad. What does UK need to do? Make one China Embassy. This means less diplomatic immunity power. More embassy means more diplomatic immunity power. In United States, we shut down one Chinese Embassy in Texas.
