  1. Tony Khan was going to buy WWE. He knew UFC doesn't have any wrestlers. Fight insurance is gonna be very expensive for mergers.

  2. Why is WWE selling the company? Running out of fuel or WWE superstars. Many gone retirement. Vince knew WWE is dying. He have to sell it fast; maintenance, Insurance, cost, travel expenses, truck expenses, too expensive, operating taxes....If UFC runs WWE show business. They won't survive either.. They can't find more young wrestlers.  Shane is very lucky guy to start EV business.
