Communist Cuba have to step in help China to avoid using misused power. Corruption could get Communist Chinese into big trouble abusing Joshua and Jimmy's human rights. There is no human rights in Communist applications. North Korea, Laos, other communist countries understood how extradition works. This mean Taiwan could create chip that could lock communist countries and china's pirating games and movies. Is this important chip to USA? Yes, Taiwan’s government recently warned its citizens to reconsider unessential travel to China, Hong Kong, and Macau.
