  1. Yellen had to cut Chinese enterprises due to china military build up. U.S government not happy with China's economic policy, coercion, etc. U.S hopes China would stick back 50s communist china rather than new hardliner communist ideologies. Universities here stop accepting GAOKAO students. Why? Worried the government they could be spies..... U.S government could crack down Communist spies in USA.
