The owner is gonna get fired by U.S executives, arrested or IRS, SEC, FBI would arrive his building .... U.S data security breach.  The U.S data is secretly store in overseas. maybe, he should pay attention to Apple's End User License Agreement.  Suing US government won't do any good unless he's us citizen. Just sell the company or transfer database to US database. it's worst than becoming Asian Elizabeth Holmes.
