5:58 -- This is what John Lennon said “I was lying naked on my bed, when I had this urge,” he recalled to . “So I went to the window, just dreaming around in my usual poetic frame of mind. … There, as I turned my head, hovering over the next building, no more than 100 feet away was this thing with ordinary electric light bulbs flashing on and off around the bottom, one non-blinking red light on top.” Though sober, Lennon made sure to call out for Pang in an attempt to confirm his beliefs: “As I walked out onto the terrace,” she said, “My eye caught this large, circular object coming towards us. It was shaped like a flattened cone, and on top was a large, brilliant red light, not pulsating as on any of the aircraft we’d see heading for a landing at Newark Airport.”

Damn, this place looks like it was rented by Ex-Twitter employer from NYC. NYC start to become new great ghost town, Detroit Abandon City, China's abandon city, Abydos, etc. So many nice apartment no one moved in. Very few. The problem is politics, corruptions, crimes, crippling society, hazards, bullies, murder, crimes, crimes, more tech job layoffs, etc.

I would never move back to NYC. there's bunch of crazies, weirdos, furry fights, other drinking gasoline in subway, others playing naked feet on Brooklyn train, sometime you might see a black man sniffing his own feet at subway, dumb teenager doing subway surfing, You might see strange teenagers doing fart music. some girl convert shopping bag into t-shirt, chicken walking subway, black woman twirling in middle of the street, jewish man rubbing his own nipple on D train, etc. Am I joking about this? No. It's real. it's happening New York City everyday. I bet cash Jordan see strange stuff going on in NYC subway. He have seen a lot.

Why is NYC Expensive? subway can take you to New York Yankees, Mets, Islanders, Rangers, and NY Knicks (takes you 30 mins). Skyscrapers, shops, stores, beagles, central parks, etc. you have all of that. if you live far away from NYC. You get to live bigger house - 4 -11 bedrooms, sometimes a swimming pool included. disadvantage. Store doesn't come closer together. No subways to the baseball stadium. There's an empty city bus. But it takes you an hour to get there.

The reason why people leaving NYC... it's highest crime rates, difficult to find paid jobs. corruptions, homeless, banks refuse to loan or mortgage due to low credit score, high demands, high living costs against wages, violent attacks, etc. Could we turn things around before it was new york city or Seinfeld city? Actually, no. you can try talk to Mayor, City, Billionaire's row. they would walk away from you. There's not much you can do in NYC. NYC is a new Detriot with an empty city. People moved to New Jersey, Texas, PA, etc. The only fix in NYC is to bring everyone back. Work Together, don't do drugs, do sell drugs, commit crimes. Others refuse to do so. it's difficult.

Jordan knows BIG APPLE is dead. NYC is also missing VIBE. There is not much great going on in NYC. Just high crime rates, some bad salespeople, some bad apartments, some good apartments, pricey, expensive, depressing people, silent train riders, office bullies, etc.
Jordan knows you need Bad Ass Charles Bronson or Clinton Eastwood to live NYC. NYC is like Chicago; Detriot. He avoids walking down Gang Control Territories. What is like walking down Gang Terrorities in NYC? you get punched, mugged, beaten, robbed. what is it like to walk the non-gang city. it's nice. The neighbors are okay. They would tell you to put on chains on the front door. Sometimes there solicitor ringing door bell. Sometimes you see the Chinese/Mexican menu under the door. NYC used to be a large overpopulated city. Now, it like a western cowboy movie. Ghost town. Tumbleweed. Full of mobile business people walking by.

Just because the apartment looks nice doesn't mean the whole city is nice. 900,000 NYC fled the city. Here are things you need to worry about. Stalker, Rapes, Murder, Robbery, Hate Crimes, Crimes, Mugger, an annoying friend might ask you for more money, they make you join anti-fa protests, etc. Been to NYC for 32 years. If you don't believe me. Watch CBS news. You know Friends, Sex and the city, Seinfeld TV. They are fake and TV shows. Real NYC.
Just be careful. NYC is another Detroit city.

Some billionaires absolutely love NYC. They are drawn to the pulsating heartbeat of the financial capital, the cultural richness, and the unparalleled opportunities it offers. The city becomes their playground, a place where deals are made, fortunes are grown, and a high-flying lifestyle is not just accessible but expected. The allure of the city's prestige and global influence is irresistible to those who thrive on the fast-paced, high-stakes nature of their endeavors.
On the flip side, some billionaires find themselves at odds with the city. Differences in politics, culture, or clashes with the city's unique personality can create a challenging fit. The labyrinthine bureaucracy, high taxes, stringent property controls, and an occasionally abrasive personal dynamic can lead to a love-hate relationship. For some, the cost of living and the perceived hassles may not align with their preferred lifestyle or business strategies.
The city's love and hate relationship extend even to comparisons with other global hubs. While it may be the most expensive city across the fifty states, it competes on a global scale, surpassing even Miami and Dubai in terms of housing costs. This reinforces the notion that NYC is not for everyone, regardless of financial standing.
In essence, the relationship between billionaires and New York City is complex, marked by a mix of admiration for its grandeur and frustration with its challenges. The city's beauty and expense make it a magnetic yet polarizing destination, illustrating that even for the super-rich, NYC is a place where personal preferences and business considerations must align for a truly successful and fulfilling experience.

Don't buy apartments that have a video intercom or already installed. You know why? The video com has been tapped by some government parties; ignoring the fourth amendment. Just buy an apartment that allows you to install your own encryption video intercom. A lot of time NYC people had been harassed, beaten, attacked, etc by stalkers. Judges usually release the criminal suspects. Sometimes Landlord could rewind and erase the previous video on the surveillance basement. Millions of people moved out of NYC. Others stuck in NYC. My friend can't even get out of NYC - "Stuck forever in life"; "Trapped in Debt;" " living like a Communist-like prison city", "NYC is George Orwell". Living in NYC is like living Scar without Lion King. You can't get out. you have to join Anti-fa, BLM, all these left craps. Don't listen to youtube comment scammer comment s tell you should move to NYC. They would tell you don't turn on TV. Oh yeah..Turn on TV -- NYC robbery, Anti-Asian American attacks, NYC metro hike, rent hikes, etc. it's driving you insane.
