  1. I watched the news. New York City tops the most expensive city in America. Pricing going up newly move in. New York has become 9/11 historical hotspot, art museum, restaurants. Half of millions people leaving NYC due to unemployment, unable to find affordable housing, increase crime rate, business unwelcome services, etc. New York City is very expensive city. Only chosen people were allowed to stay in the city. There are no jobs that pays as much apartment cost; Only If you are lucky to find a job. I have seen Japanese sushi, Italian, etc restaurant left city because high property demands or higher cost rents. Hike Rents in NYC. it's more expensive than San Francisco.
