  1. NYC = VERY EXPENSIVE....food, clothing, electricity, gas, MTA. If you ride bike to work. you are lucky.. I learn that people are leaving NYC due talent gap shortages. higher management had no previous skills or expertise in accounting or book keeping. Poor management.. The people who worked high paid jobs have no college degree. Zero. Their level is Floyd Mayweather Jr's level. NYC is debt tap and expensive. it has ceiling to it. you can't climb upper level anymore.
