  1. I know why New York City is most expensive place to live. Either the government or state don't want them to live very very nice place in NYC. Not matter how big and small the room is. They just want to rise the prices higher and even higher on attractive city. Half million people moved out. it's expensive. too hard to find high paid job(if you are lucky enough), not everyone is entitle to get high paid job, and pricing demand is too high. Half of the people can afford to live NYC. Another reason why NYC is expensive is Rising Sea Level. Government and state don't have insurance fall all housing and apartment. Decide to rise the price higher and destroys section 8 housing and low income affordable housing.
