Just buy an apartment that allows you to install your own encryption video intercom. A lot of time NYC people had been harassed, beaten, attacked, etc by stalkers. Judges usually release the criminal suspects. Sometimes Landlord could rewind and erase the previous video on the surveillance basement. Millions of people moved out of NYC. Others stuck in NYC.
