  4. No one is taking this place.... Cockroach. Gaint ones. It's got a bunch of them sleeping inside the wall. Once you move in... you will get cockroaches. you will need to buy lots of traps and lots of cockroach spray. no matter how beautiful it is. it's hidden inside for long time.
