  2. This got to be the worst apartment in NYC.  No privacy. Feels like 1984. Next door is watching you; Another side is watching you; far away is watching you. upstairs is watching you. Downstairs is watching you. You don't need a roof deck anymore. The entrance door is watching you. This apartment may be suitable for people with disabilities.
