  1. Why is apartment half empty in NYC. Do not move to New York City for a Job and living life style. Some of life style you see in NYC on social media and blogs -- Are acting for advertisement not real life. NYC jobs are temporary and also momentary. So, this means short term employers have to leave high pay job and share income with high schooler drop outs, you don't have to train them if you don't want to. . If you got layoff and can't find a job. You are out of luck. It's going to be very scary situations if you move in. New Yorkers, landlord, and store owners don't want to help you. They want you out of New York City. Your friends can't help you find a job.   Bank won't help you loan you a money. They will tell you wait outside and come back next day. You attend next day; the bank person say "who are you?". you said "I met you yesterday. I'm looking for a loan".. The bank person say I'm sorry. you have to leave. I'm going to call the security. This happens every time in NYC. The NYC school is left wing politics. There is no job security for immigrants who move in NYC.  So, beware moving in NYC.
