The reason why people leaving NYC... it's highest crime rates, difficult to find paid jobs. corruptions, homeless, banks refuse to loan or mortgage due to low credit score, high demands, high living costs against wages, violent attacks, etc. Could we turn things around before it was new york city or Seinfeld city? Actually, no. you can try talk to Mayor, City, Billionaire's row. they would walk away from you. There's not much you can do in NYC. NYC is a new Detriot with an empty city. People moved to New Jersey, Texas, PA, etc. The only fix in NYC is to bring everyone back. Work Together, don't do drugs, do sell drugs, commit crimes. Others refuse to do so. it's difficult.

Next thing. you know your mentally ill friend is buying a house right next to you.  He will start bothering you a lot like the Truman show. You reacted if you had been surveillance by the government or city. It's really... really... really... hard to escape big apple. Lucky people, took the risk to escape new york city. You can rent or buy a nice house in NYC. NYC is still expensive. Why won't they lower the cost? 1. NYC could go bankrupt. 2. NYC would lay off more people. 3. NYC is still nice property.
