  1. Wow. NYC is expensive... I know why people moved out. They can't win. If people can take complaint calls, complain, murder rates, problems in NYC. This is the place for you. I give up NYC. I can't do it.

  2. I don't think I could survive NYC. Two coffee shops and Starbucks. Can you imagine getting $150 - $500 check. And base rent is $1,800. it's like you need three checks to rent NYC; in addition to utilities, NYC taxes,. This is why I fled NYC. This is why I see lots for half-empty apartment. Some of them moved to st Louis, Missouri, Tennessee, Mississippi, etc.
