Royalty ownership, raising funds, miscommunications, mismanagement, etc This is why you should own 100% of company. You control your own direction. So, you can't get fired for being CEO or founder of the company. This is why you give investors 0 % or 0.000% shares. I live in Georgia. you can actually keep a house for a lifetime... very strong disadvantages are. hard to sell. you are like a salesman of the house. it takes years and years to sell. it hard to get out the town unless you sell your house. it's not easy to get your house sold. you get your house sold if they love neighors.
