  26. Why is NYC Expensive? subway can take you to New York Yankees, Mets, Islanders, Rangers, and NY Knicks (takes you 30 mins). Skyscrapers, shops, stores, beagles, central parks, etc. you have all of that. if you live far away from NYC.  You get to live bigger house - 4 -11 bedrooms, sometimes a swimming pool included. disadvantage. Store doesn't come closer together. No subways to the baseball stadium. There's an empty city bus. But it takes you an hour to get there.

Everyone in NYC have basic antenna channels; some wealthy class have BQ cable. I walked into my dad's room at 5:00 pm . "Why is my dad sleeping so early?". So, I turn on the TV.
