  13. Old time manuals were great but not perfect. After getting the Commodore 64 Programmer's Reference Guide I was disappointed that typing assembly code into the BASIC interpreter didn't work.

  15. The insides of that A500 look pretty flash. Definitely not one that's been left out in the barn. +1 on the battery warning. My A3000 suffered damage because of the battery and I'm not sure how good a job I did cleaning it up.
