  1. Started as dishwasher, moved up to cook after 8 months. Been cooking ever since. 10 years now. It’s hardworking and long hours. It’s stressful and takes a toll on ones mental health as much as the physical. I don’t even like cooking, but I’m good at it and it pays the bills, but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
