Inequality is not a problem at all, he who produces more value receive more value, that is just, equality is a ridiculous idea, but you're right about ethics, that's my critique of capitalism, the entire idea of free market and the entirety of liberalism part of a nihilist concept that there is no right or wrong and the government shouldn't intervene or be a moral agent, what it means to be, therefore liberalism simply says you should have freedom, that means, do whatever you want, not what is right, it's an inherently immoral and unjust system, or a religion as it seems...
