I watched my Mom succumb to dementia, from when she was diagnosed in 2006 to her passing in 2015. That condition DOES NOT come on all at once. If the people around Joe Biden could not see it, they are UNQUALIFIED to work in government. Is the people around Joe Biden saw it and lied about it, they are UNQUALIFIED AND UNWORTHY to work in government.
