  15. FWIW: I am currently rewatching this video. I don't remember if I thought of this the first time I watched, but it REALLY started to hit me -- which is MORE that the early Mk. 14's did against their intended targets 😊 -- HOW the overall war against the Japanese Navy could have been affected if these torpedoes had worked correctly from the beginning? Maybe the NAVAL PORTION of the war against Japan MIGHT have ended even BEFORE the conflict in Europe did.

  23. IMO, multiple-turret tanks are similar to turret-fighter aircraft. The concept sounds good, but you have to try it to verify they work. Which they did not.

  39. FWIW: I have been living in Northeast North Carolina -- approximately 66 miles south of Newport News -- since 1995. I have not yet visited this museum...🤦‍♂️ TRUTH IN ADVERTISING: I did not visit the Military Aviation Museum in Virginia Beach, Virginia -- which is closer to me than Newport News -- until 2023...🙄
