  1. I worked in Aviation in both the US Navy and US Coast Guard. I have no direct experience with US Army Aviation. Having said ALL THAT, my 'two cents' is having an aircraft that can fly faster, further, and carry more than a standard {or even compound} helicopter is a plus, even with any downsides that might exist {outside of any glaring safety flaw}. Again, that was just my two cents on the subject....
