  3. In no particular order: Bell UH-1 Huey; ANY turboshaft-powered Kaman helicopter with synchromesh main rotors; the Lockheed AH-56 Cheyenne; and the Aérospatiale Gazelle and Lama helicopters.

  4. #20: Sikorsky Helicopters did research into ejection seats for helicopters, using explosives to shear-off the main rotors. AFAIK the technology was never put into actual use.
