IMHO, the two biggest -- though certainly not the only -- 'guffaws' Kamala Harris made were: (1) She was on THE VIEW, Sunny Hostin asked her if she would do anything different from what Joe Biden had done, and she said she could not think of a thing she would have done differently. (2) She was being interviewed and she was asked why she had never been to the southern border {referencing her being the Border Czar}. Her response was something like "Well, I've never been to Europe either."
