  2. What FAR TOO MANY PEOPLE -- especially the ones B*TCHING about millionaires in space -- still do not recognize is early 20th century aviation travel was HORRENDOUSLY EXPENSIVE. Pre--WWII flight across the Atlantic in the German passenger Zeppelins cost upwards of $2,000 USD, and THAT was in the 1930s during The Great Depression. Technology developments, economies of scale, and similar factors brought those prices down to what they are today. Although it may NEVER be as cheap as modern air travel, space travel WILL become less expensive.
