  1. Trick question , like anything people always do . Make 3 into 4 😂 . The answere is 3 to make the small circle make a full revolution around the big circle touching the edge all the way . That was the way the question was ment to be understood . But its a trick of words . The edge rotate 3 times , but the center rotate 4 times. I hate this tricky worthing and especially the drawing is confusing 😤🤬🧐
