@charlesjames1442 I'm making assumptions here, but more than likely, someone driving a car like that fits your description. Yeah some people have bad luck, but a lot of folks are just terrible with money. Not even having $400 for an emergency is ridiculous for anyone over the age of 25.

@michaelpressman7203 They might have. You'd be amazed at how many people are out there driving cars like this. Some people think if it starts and rolls that they're good to go, screw everyone else's safety.

@cranez006-d5l I'm skeptical that would really make this car safe. Yeah, you throw a vehicle away when it's not safe to drive, for yourself, and for everyone else on the road.
