  1.  @oneofmanyte3321  If you take care of anything, you should at least get 100,000 trouble-free miles out of it. However, just saying you got X amount of miles on yours, doesn't say anything. We have no idea what kind of mileage that is, how you drive, environmental factors, etc.. There are enough people with blown up KIAs and Hyundais for the brands to earn some of that stigma. They are on the "disposable" side. Just not worth sinking thousands of dollars into. A Toyota however may be worth fixing. Whatever you drive though, take care of it, it's all you can do, and you may get lucky and have one that doesn't blow up.
