  1. This is a case where I’m honestly torn. It’s bizarre, considering this guy doesn’t have a criminal record. I usually have a very strong opinion in murder cases one way or the other, but this one just leaves me scratching my head. None of it makes sense. I don’t know how they can convict him on 1st degree murder though, so I feel he may walk on this.
