  2.  @tawandasue  Yes, and notice the charges? They state she was a minor. So she definitely wasn't 19. A 19 year old isn't a minor. They're underage to drink, but not minors. I noticed the pants right away. It's Illinois though, so they probably encourage that kind of thing.

  5.  @adammiller9179  Alcohol is legal, but you can't have it in your car in an open container. Weed has rules too. If it's in your car, it has to be in the container you bought it in, and you can't smoke and drive. Are these things difficult for you to comprehend?
