  1. Generally people that talk shit about running and give these reasons (excuses) for why they don't, are out of shape people who just don't want to do it but can't admit that they're just lazy. I mean I get why a bodybuilder wouldn't run, or couldn't, but a regular person can do it, you just have to get your ass off the couch.
