  1. All steroids do is unlock the potential to train more than would normally be physiologically possible. They are not magic potions that grow your muscles. They basically remove a physical barrier that we all have, and it is up to you how far beyond that barrier you want to take it. No, they're not healthy, but don't think for a second these guys took shortcuts, they work harder and go farther than 99.9% of people would ever go.
