  1. Why do people get so insane about diet stuff. It's like it's their whole identity or something and if someone has a different opinion they get hostile and aggressive almost immediately. Notice this most with vegans and keto people btw. Who gives AF, let people do what they want to do, it's their body. I don't even think we know what the ideal diet is, we just try and get it as close as possible. So much pseudoscience involved with these kinds of people.
