  1. Diet people annoy me with how cultish they are. Keto this, carnivore that, vegan this. Just be thankful you have food to eat and shut up about it. If you eat real food in the proper amount, you’re fine. You’re not unlocking some amazing discovery by going keto or fasting. Even worse is having to listen to them preach about it.
