  1. This is bullshit. Excuses. You don't get to 300 lbs eating a properly portioned diet. I see what obese people have in their carts at the grocery store and what they order at restaurants. They got where they are one cheeseburger at a time, this doesn't happen overnight. Proper diet and some exercise will correct this for 99% of obese people.
