  11. i watch video and, see that German speed bans is general roads. If you show same video like this, in Russia, without comments , and German writes, many people will think that it happens here, and you will find a lot of words how it's danger on so simple roads. Unfortunately speed limits in brainwashed heads. Who know how speed drive is, will never believe in propaganda. Experts and scientists have different view for this way, but mass show only who probagands reduce limits.

  12.  @milanap3547  I found scientific research dated about second part of 70th, or may be early 80th, in Soviet union . In that work there was a deep research about speed limits on different roads. According that, in those times, on general motorway with a border and two ways in each side, normally 120 km/h. On highway, some same with Germans bahns, 150. High limits gives a lot of advantages, one of them, that you can drive for long distances without tide and geting night. As good practice example in that research, there was point to gernan practice.
