One of the most shadowy Cold War Figures is Yuri Andropov .. who I view as one of the most dangerous Russian Premiers because he was very intelligent and a true believer in Repression & Communism .. he was responsible for some very brutal actions in Europe and Afghanistan.. what is your take on him .. and are there any of his policies still causing the world grief..?
